Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Too Cheezy Woodfired Pizza.  This Agreement contains the complete terms and conditions that apply when you visit our website or choose to browse the contents herein. By using this website, you agree to be bound by its terms of use and shall comply thereof. This Agreement describes and encompasses the entire agreement between us and you, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties and understandings with respect to the Site and the content provided by or through the Site, and the subject matter of this Agreement.

Package and Cost (price can change at anytime)

1. The package includes ALL YOU CAN EAT PIZZAS for 3 hours. 

2. The package prices are for service from the pizza trailer to a buffet style table where your guests can help themselves, we will replenish as needed and provide a nice rotation of the pizza you have chosen to serve. 

3. The cost is $29.95 per person and you can choose any 5 toppings/pizzas from our range of Entrée, Gourmet, Classic, and Dessert menu.

4. Minimum guests is 60.

Service

1. Food service time is 3 hours as per agreed starting time.  Should you wish to extend the food service times additional charges apply.

2. if 60 guests, there would be a team of two (or more staff, if over 60 guests) only to cook and serve from a table situated next to the pizza trailer or we will serve it on designated buffet style table as per client's decisions.

3. If you wish to have a wait staff,  there will be an additional charge of $35 per hour for 3 hours

4. Food serving time start from 5:00 pm, 6:00 pm and 7:00 pm only.  We do not start from 7:30 pm onwards.

5. We charge an extra 10% during public holiday.

6. Booking outside of 30km of Sydney from South West radius may incur a travel fee.

Final Guest Count

Final Guest Count, not subject to reduction, is due 14 days prior to your event date. If you need to increase your guest count, within 14 days of your event date, we will make every effort to accommodate your request.  Additional fees and charges MAY apply.

Deposit

1. A 50% deposit is required to secure your requested date.

2. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event.

3. Deposit will not be refunded if booking is cancelled 7 days before the event as this will compensate the loss of secured booking date, unless if there is an unforeseen event such as Covid-19 restrictions, weather conditions, total fire ban or so on.

Refund

1. A booking is refundable up to 2 weeks after cancellation of the event.

2. We can only refund the money via online banking.

Menu and Ingredients

Too Cheezy have the rights to change, amend or delete the menu or even use an alternative ingredients (if the ingredients are not available in the market) to meet the clients' expectations.

New South Wales Total Fire Ban

1. We have the right to cancel the event due to a Government fire ban which can be rescheduled for another date.

2. If there is no suitable date that we can rescheduled your event, a 100% deposit will be refunded into your bank account.

Council approval

1. If the event or function is to be held on a council owned park, then you need to obtain permission to access the grounds from the local council.

2. This will allow us to drive our vehicle into the park to have the trailer unit within your designated area and power supply must be provided by the event organiser.

3. A copy of the approval must be provided to us in writing.

Weather conditions

1. The customer and Too Cheezy Staff have the rights to cancel the event due to severe weather conditions that may cause harm to both parties.

2. Customer will need to reschedule 4 days prior to event, if this is not suitable for customer Too Cheezy will keep the 50% deposit amount.

Allergies 

Please let us know beforehand if someone is allergic to any type nuts or any allergic reactions to some type of food.

Dietary requirements

1. We have a gluten free pizza base upon request, extra $8.00 charges apply.  

2. If you request a GF please let us know on the day that you have selected the pizza toppings of your choice from our menu selections.

How things work

1. We arrive between 2 to 3 hours beforehand to heat up the wood fire oven and set up.

2. We need a flat surface of approximately 5x5 metre.  The trailer comes with an inbuilt pizza dome weighing a total of 1.5 tonne.

3. We have 3 buffet size foldable table and 1 3x3m gazebo.

4. We can set up in your carport, driveway, front yard, back yard as long as there is access and adequate space.

5. We need access to a power point. We will bring our own extension leads.

6. Our pizzas are 11-12 inch. We will gradually bake them, cut them in slices and present them on wooden trays.
